Mid-level IT Technician

**Description**

Are you a mid-level IT technician with a **minimum of 2-3 years experience** within a Managed Services environment? If so, we are looking for you.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Good grammar and writing skills are pertinent to be successful.

This is a mid-level position with opportunity to grow.

**Requirements for this position**:

- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience with proven troubleshooting logic.
- Network troubleshooting administrations experience with proven troubleshooting logic (WiFi, TCP/IP, Routers, Firewalls).
- Basic Windows Server Administration skills (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO's)
- Strong time-keeping skills, with the understanding that IT is a time critical business component.
- Office 365 management experience.

**Minimum role requirements**:

- Demonstrated IT troubleshooting skill and logic.
- Strong interpersonal skills without being rude or arrogant.
- Highly conscientious.
- Assertive and able to communicate to key persons within a business environment.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Comptia A+
- Comptia N+ / Cisco CCENT / Cisco CCNA
- Microsoft qualifications - Assessed on presentation
- Comptia Security+ (Advantageous)
- Diploma in IT or higher (Advantageous)

You would need to think on your feet, manage your own time, and work efficiently while managing customers’ expectations.

A valid driver’s license is required, with _**reliable transport to work**_.

After initial probation period, performance incentives to be discussed.

**Salary**: From R18,500.00 per month
