Job Title: Social Media & Copywriter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize content and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing content and develop a consistent brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Proactively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative content ideas to drive audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and copywriting, preferably within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics is a plus.
