**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 5 years proven track record in developing social media strategies and executing same.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
- Highly organized and performs well under pressure.
- Budget management skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
