- Previous experience having worked in an Administrative Assistant or related role is essential.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks with good time management skill.
- Must be attention to detail being able to review information for accuracy.
- Must have good computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Filling out the relevant immigration forms.
- Updating an liaising with clients regarding changes in immigration processes and regulations.
- Supporting clients with their immigration documentation required to process.
- Supporting the legal team and business development team by providing updates on immigration programs.
- Participating in the companys general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions.
- Identifying and prioritising client needs and recognising constraints.

**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
