**The Role**

- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**Key Accountabilities**
- Verifying / investigating claims submitted by customers
- Collection of outstanding claim documentation from customers and/or account managers (REPS)
- Following up with the RTT branches for all outstanding information
- Registering claims on system (Riskonnect)
- Registering claims on SLE system
- Telephonic queries (customers and branches)
- General office duties
- Timeous monthly, weekly and daily information.
- Daily administration completed for the day.
- Take care of equipment.
- Ensures that workstation and stock is clean and neat.
- Follow up daily telephone calls and respond to mails to clients and branches.
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Discuss and coordinate activities with other departments

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems / queries practically
- Proven reasoning skills
- Team player who displays initiative
- Hard worker - must have managerial / leadership skills
