Job Responsibilities

1. Initiate and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns in the region;
2. Coordinate regional integrated marketing strategy and work with agency and functional team capacity resources (media, digital, PR, branding, etc.);
3. Experience and ability to work with and influence various functions (product/design/sales teams);
4. Work effectively and comprehensively with regional teams across departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities;
5. Identify problems and opportunities based on data analysis, improve key operational metrics, and propose solutions at scale.

6. Responsible for brand promotion in South Africa, not limited to KOL, PR, roadshows, exhibitions and digital etc.

7. Assist agents to develop a local market brand and product promotion plans.

8. Judge the feasibility of the program, calculate the ROI, promote the implementation of the promotion, acceptance of the promotion effect.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, more than 3 years of integrated marketing, event planning, media planning, or related work experience;
2. Excellent problem-solving skills, cross-departmental and analytical skills;
3. Strategic thinker, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute strategy;
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment;
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as a working language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R15,243.07 per month
