Job Description: Cape Town based company that specializes in procurement, exports and shipchandling is looking to appoint a Junior Bookkeeper with at least one year experience in Cash Book, Creditors, Debtors, Petty Cash, Journals and other general bookkeeping duties.

The position will be for a Limited Duration Contract of four months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing transactions for suppliers ledger
- Supplier reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Executing timely and accurate supplier payment
- Issue customer invoices
- Follow up on customer outstanding accounts
- Customer queries resolution
- Processing all transactions for the cashbooks.
- Administration of petty cash

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or diploma in financial accounting
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a thorough understanding of MS Excel at a Basic to Intermediate level
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
