Duties/Pligte
- Organising, coordinating, managing and participating in projects and activities of the CTL;
- Liaising and communicating with faculties regarding CTL projects and activities;
- Providing advice and support to academics with regard to teaching, learning and assessment (TLA);
- Conceptualising, designing and developing TLA resources and writing other TLA information documentation for academics;
- Conceptualising, designing and facilitating TLA professional learning opportunities for academics;
- Undertaking educational (TLA) research that supports the institutional responsibility of the CTL.
- Organiseer, koördineer, bestuur en neem deel aan projekte en aktiwiteite van die SOL;
- Skakel en kommunikeer met fakulteite ten opsigte van SOL-projekte en -aktiwiteite;
- Raadgewing en bied ondersteuning aan akademici ten opsigte van onderrig, leer en assessering;
- Konsepsualiseer, ontwerp en ontwikkel OLA-hulpbronne en skryf ander OLA inligtingsdokumente vir akademici;
- Konsepsualiseer, ontwerp en fasiliteer OLA professionele leergeleenthede vir akademici;
- Onderneem onderrignavorsing (OLA) ter ondersteuning van SOL se institusionele verantwoordelikheid.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A relevant master's degree;
- Two years' relevant experience being employed in a DHET accredited higher education institution;
- Proven knowledge and experience in higher education TLA in a similar CTL environment;
- Sound knowledge of the South African higher education sector;
- Proven research experience within the domain of TLA and/or the professional learning of academics for TLA, with relevant accredited, peer-reviewed outputs;
- Knowledge of and experience in higher education curriculum renewal;
- Good communication and liaising skills;
- Good presentation and facilitation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Strong writing abilities, including of minutes and reports;
- Detail-focused with excellent time management skills;
- The ability to think analytically and innovatively;
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Moodle;
- Willingness and availability to travel.

- Bewese navorsingservaring op die gebied van OLA en/of die professionele onderrig van akademici ten opsigte van OLA, met geakkrediteerde, eweknie-beoordeelde uitsette;
- Kennis van, en ervaring in, hoëronderwys kurrikulumvernuwing;
