Capital Raising

Axial Capital is a boutique London-based corporate advisory firm with satellite operations across the UK, Europe and US/Canada - and clients based in Africa. Our services focus on business owners/founders who want to achieve growth by strategic expansion and by raising investment. This role is for an experienced Consultant, focusing on capital-raising and engaging & advising new clients.

This opening is for an independent Corporate Advisor with experience in capital-raising from the VC, debt/equity and investment markets, ready to take on responsibilities of sourcing/engaging new clients and executing advisory & capital raises for transactions USD250k-50mil. This is a *commission based consultant role* focused on successfully closing transactions, with a basic retainer for each new client engaged.

To succeed in this position you'll demonstrate experience in capital raising from institutional and accredited investors, and you'll focus on discussing and agreeing corporate objectives with clients, and then raising capital to meet those needs. You will also have access to our investor/funding network and will have our support (typically 2-3 consultants on each transaction) for undertaking the broader advisory function for the clients you engage, whilst operating under the Axial Capital brand-name.

The client companies can be in your local area, but can also be across our other operating regions.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month
