**Main purpose of the Job**:
The Successful applicant will be responsible for all admin-related functions within the payroll department.

**Education and Experience required**:

- Matric
- Two-year’s experience in payroll administration (advantageous).

**Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies**:

- SAP (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Team Player

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Meet and greet employees at the payroll reception desk.
- Answering calls
- Plan, organize and administer the activities of the admin duties efficiently.
- Submit all COID related documents.
- Complete all withdrawal forms of provident/retirement funds.
- Complete funeral and death claim forms when a member or dependant passes away.
- Claim disability for members when they are medically boarded by the doctor
- To complete all UI19 related documents when an employee is no longer working for the company.
- Helpdesk experience advantageous
- Assist in HR Manage roll-out in payroll
