**Technician**

The role is also pivotal in providing leadership and mentorship to our junior technicians. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various technical systems, equipment, and software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize performance and meet organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, procedures, and user manuals.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary equipment and negotiate service agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. A relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the time and attendance industry.
- Extensive knowledge of time and attendance systems, hardware, software, and related technologies would count in your favour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detailed orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex technical information in a way that non-technical people can understand.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing junior staff.
- A strong commitment to maintaining data security and confidentiality.

**Salary Range**: R8 000+

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
