**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Ensuring an overall satisfying customer experience at the filling station, express shop and fitment centre.
- Day-to-day management of staff and related operational outputs.
- Stock management and loss control of the express shop.
- Ensuring that all legislative and health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Maximising the efficiency and profitability of the filling station, express shop and fitment centre.
- Monitoring and resolving issues relating to operations, personnel and customer complaints.
- A Senior Certificate with experience in a similar and/or retail environment.
- Experienced in managing and motivating a team.
- Customer orientated with excellent problem solving ability.
- Above average administrative skills and organising ability.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to cultivate good interpersonal relationships.
- Professional, neat and with a strong sense of excellence.
