Pure Watercraft is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with highly-motivated colleagues on extremely-challenging projects. Still inspired? We hope you'll apply.

**What You'll "Mostly" Do**
- Develop data-driven analyses to support strategic initiatives, including M&A
- Prepare compelling presentations, white papers, and other collateral to advance partnerships (including government relations) or strategic objectives
- Build and maintain a financing pipeline and assist with periodic investor updates
- Prepare and analyze market research, proactively identifying key industry trends and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to advance business development goals

**What We Look For First**:

- 2+ years relevant work experience (strategy or finance at a startup, investment bank, venture capital, or management consulting)
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative problem-solving, and data management skills
- Outstanding record of achievement and leadership, professionally or academically
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate independently in a remote team environment, nimbly managing frequently-shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and relationships
- A genial-yet-scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset
