**Job Title: Junior Solutions Architect**

**Scope and purpose of job**

requirements and will be responsible for performing business and strategic analysis in order to support the marketing strategy and goals.

**Responsibilities**

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will be responsible for:

- List segmentation, campaign configurations, quality assurance, and campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proactively research and make recommendations regarding new features made available with each Salesforce Marketing Cloud Release.
- Manage data feeds and integrations with Salesforce and other technology platforms.
- Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development.
- Working closely with the team to create campaign and promotion KPI reports for performance and to guide future strategy.

**Key Requirements**
- Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL statements and queries
- Experience in supporting end-users, requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with list segmentation and working with large relational data sets that require merging, joining, and cross-referencing data
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of enabling repeatable processes, driving advancement in quality, and collaborating in an organization in a responsive and productive manner

**Advantages**

**Required Soft Skills**
- Good understanding of data process design and data architecture
- Strong problem solver with a “can do approach.”
- A team player with a passion for helping and supporting.
- Analytical skills.
- Demonstrate project management skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- SQL: 2 years (preferred)
- SFMC Journey Builder: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing Cloud: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Salesforce Admin (preferred)
