**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

The main objective of the Service Ambassador role is to only make client commitments you can keep in order to maintain client satisfaction levels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct yourself to be an honest and loyal employee.
- Always promote the business and reputation of the SCINMed and our doctors.
- At all times be friendly and helpful towards clients and fellow employees.
- Ensure you appear neat and professional in the working environment.
- Strong Communication skills/Well spoken.
- Team work -requires a strong ability to work in a team as a fundamental part of the team
- Strong problem solver -Be able to think on your feet, solve problems and make decisions.
- Must be able to function under pressure
- Self-Management -Manage own time to complete tasks within set deadlines

Duties
- Check that sales are closed off correctly throughout the day.
- Confirm Doctors clients
- Prepare Doctors patient files
- Manage Doctors bookings. - App times, duration, sequence, preps.
- Attend to online queries as they come through - to be answered within 15minutes
- Attend to general spa bookings, calls and queries.
- Check Facebook and Instagram for messages.

Follow up on previous days clients and log feedback

Check that patient files are completed and enter details in system before filing. Make sure clients filled in consent forms for all procedures
- Check that sales are closed off during the day.
- Cash up daily
- Book theatre/anaesthetist/assistant/implants/machines required for surgery
- Make sure drs offices is stocked up
- Log medical aid payments on Good X
- Follow up on online queries
- Capture stock on zenoti when received
- Forward supplier invoices to management and accountant for payment.
- Complete treatment schedule spread sheet by 2nd of every month to send to management for month end report.
- Prepare advertising/marketing suggestions for month-end meeting.
- Send updated accounts list to management and accountant by end of each month
- Check outstanding accounts with management prepare invoices and send to clients.
- Place stock orders once a month and enter counted stock into system. Investigate and correct stock exceptions.

Advantages:

Worked in Aesthetic spa environment

Worked on software: zenoti/Good X previously

Previous cruise ship experience

**Salary**:
R12 000+commission

**Benefits**:

Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm/10am-6pm

Every 2nd sat 9am-6pm,sun 9am-3pm

When working on a weekend you will receive a day off in the week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
