**RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO**:

- Liaise with Logistics Manager for the specifications relating to the of purchase goods, materials and services.
- Obtain quotations for the materials, goods and services and present same to the Logistics Manager for approval.
- Liaise with suppliers, build relationships, ensure the best pricing, and source alternative suppliers as required.
- Maintain a stock register of all purchased items, consumables and food for operations teams
- Maintain accurate dates on orders.
- Maintain and create detailed reports.
- Track and trace freight.
- Complete ad hoc reporting and data entry as needed.
- Any other duties that are assigned by manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completed tertiary education in Industrial engineering or Logistics or Supply chain management or equivalent experience.
- A code 8 driver’s license will be essential.
- At least three (3) year’s work experience with a clean criminal record.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background.
- Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels.
- May from time to time and specifically during season (Sept - March) be required to work long and unpredictable hours, including weekends.

A monthly cost to company salary of **R30 000 - R40 000 **_**negotiable based on experience**_ is offered which does not include any fringe benefits such as medical aid, pension, housing allowance etc.

Annual leave of fifteen (15) days will be available including other statutory leave as prescribed in the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

Pay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
