Brightgreen is actively looking for someone to fill the role of **Head of Supply - this role is completely REMOTE**

About Us:
This is a remote, full-time position for a dedicated individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Supply, you will:

- Manage procurement, third Party Manufacturing Factories, Suppliers, and third Party Logistics to ensure on-time delivery in full.
- Utilize data-driven forecasting techniques to optimize purchases, minimizing delays, and losses from aged stock.
- Cultivate excellent external relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, and trading terms, and resolving supply issues.
- Facilitate internal communication between finance, sales, and engineering teams to coordinate funding, supply, and new product releases.
- Evaluate and update supply chain practices in alignment with environmental policies, standards, and regulations.
- Optimize transportation routes and vendor manufacturing abilities for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor and lead Supply Chain Assistants, ensuring they meet KPI deliverables.
- Oversee inventory management, including regular forecasting and identifying aging stock, maintaining optimal buffer stock levels.

Qualifications:

- **A Master's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership roles and Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and familiarity with SCM best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, relational databases, and ERP systems.

Work Environment:

- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM SAST (Approx: April to October) & 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PH Time (Approx: October to April)

Salary Rate: USD $27/hr
