**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**: but not limited to

**International Market Expansion**:

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding our presence in international markets.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, assess market conditions, and recommend entry strategies.

**Sales Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure effective sales processes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
- Speak, read, and write additional international languages, providing a distinct advantage in negotiations and relationship building.

**Bulk Stock Sales**:

- Drive sales of bulk stock, particularly container loads, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.

**International Business Development**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners globally.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful market entry.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about international market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience in international sales and market development.
- Exceptional language skills in English and proficiency in one or more international languages.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the logistics and regulations associated with international trade.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
