The Client Communications and Bid Support Manager plans, organizes and executes communications, bids and other activities that create relevant two-way interactions with local clients to inform and influence their buying decisions and support their broader relationship with the organization, driving engagement, loyalty, retention and growth.

This Client Communications and Bid Support Manager is aligned to a segment, market, country or cohort of these, and paired with one or more client success teams and accounts to support the attainment of annual client base retention and growth objectives.

The role partners with central demand marketing functions (e.g., corporate communications, campaign teams, content operations, marketing operations) to create client marketing plans that deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global and local market-specific activities.

**Working at NTT**
- Manage all local client interaction, including communications, online/offline communities, events, client advisory boards, user groups and executive roundtables.
- Customize centrally created client communications or marketing programs for local deployment.
- Manage local client contact process and frequency to prevent disjointed or too-frequent communication or requests for participation.
- Work with regional ABM and client success teams to execute local client marketing plans that support regional demand generation objectives.
- Understand local requirements (e.g., content, programs) and articulate them to the relevant global center of excellence (or relevant regional interlocking functions) for ongoing enhancement of global and regional programs.
- Work with local bid teams to ensure that bid proposals have the latest content and positioning and are delivered in an efficient and professional manner.
- Support local bid requirements when specialized content or insight is required by interlocking with global or regional teams.
- Facilitate ongoing account check-ins with local account executives to ensure goals stay on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements.
- Participate actively in regular account calls.
- Oversee local elements of the database of existing client accounts and the key roles within them.
- Oversee the collection and communication of feedback from local clients by working with the regional Voice of our Client lead.
- Serve as a liaison to other functions that require local client insights.
- Support the development of local client journey mapping (as needed).
- Track and report on local client reference program recruitment and utilization.
- Manage local client reference recruitment, localization and administration of the reference repository.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

**Education and Training and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or brand management
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a marketing team with a focus on demand generation campaigns, both traditional and digitally based campaigns. Any related experience of doing this in an ABM context is also requested.
- Proven success and experience in a communications and content creation role
- Must have worked in a B2B environment, ideally in a technology or similar sector
- Proven experience working successfully with sales teams and understanding of sales organizational structure, including third-party channel routes to market
- Understanding of the B2B buying process in large accounts and relevant buying centers
- Experience of marketing automation tools would be beneficial.
- Experience of working in a matrix management team, and with a number of countries and team.
