**Job Purpose**
- To manage all aspects of the WPI analytical services across Enterprise and deploy and operationalise analytical projects, as requested and prioritised by the business, in line with both the business and Information Technology strategies.
- As a member of the WPI Team, the incumbent will use pre-defined or develop custom queries gathered from the Microsoft Viva Insights tool to derive insights and deliver engagements that provide insights and analysis into the collaboration activity of the organisation.

- and self-defined) are vital. A strong analytical and data mind set with solid graphic/UI/UX design skills are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Development and maintenance of bespoke reporting and analysis solutions
- Supporting, planning, and executing on divisional or group initiatives related to Viva Insights
- Building and enhancing on existing systems and architecture
- Collaborating with Microsoft and other external teams to enhance product design
- Maintaining and refreshing queries, reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Data gathering, cleaning, modelling, warehousing, governance, and analysis
- Communicating analysis and findings through verbal, written and graphical mediums
- Collaboration with stakeholders and business leads to develop and enhance reports/dashboards which support business use cases, organisational campaigns, and monthly reporting
- Managing and planning delivery of objectives within the context of a team
- This role will also require constant research, investigation and POC activities to ensure that the return on investment of the solution is being realized.
- Being an active member of the Viva Insights Global community to stay abreast of changes, understand different use cases and share learnings from deployments and testing
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

**Minimum Experience Level**
- 5-6 years’ experience using Microsoft Power BI
- 3+ years Self -Management experience across functional teams delivering against team objectives not necessarily managing a team.
- 3-5 years IT related experience/Data analytics experience preferred

**Minimum Technical/Professional Experience**
- Experience with data cleaning, modelling, visualization, exploration, and analysis
- Understanding of UX/UI and graphic design principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (using tables, Power Query, formulas etc.)
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL and/or M scripting
- Strategic planning

**Preferred Qualification/Certification (not a disqualifier)**
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
