On behalf of our iGaming Client we are looking for a strong Head of Customer Support coming from the gambling industry with vast experience in Customer support positions and managerial experience of global teams

The position is to be based in Sofia (Bulgaria) or Johannesburg (South
- Africa).

Tasks
- Monitor customer feedback closely to be able to improve the overall site and product experience.
- Providing high-quality interactions, retention oriented.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Understand the business needs, trends and challenges.
- Monitor performance and motivate team members in order to keep high standards of work, assure quality levels are maintained and communicated to all team members.
- Train and develop knowledge within the departments.
- Develop Automation culture.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve CS, Sales and VIP targets.
- Work closely with team managers.
- Create a unique customer journey along with the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- you bring previous strong experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- You are based - or willing to move - in Sofia (Bulgaria) or Johannesburg (South - Africa)
