Ardor is looking for its next **Content Manager**

**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Oversee all content creation activities, such as blog posts and website copy
- Manage the editing and publishing of content on clients’ websites
- Act as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
- Work closely with the marketing and SEO team to develop and improve strategies to prudence high-quality content
- Make sure all content is optimized for search engines while ensuring client needs are met
- Keep up to date with industry best practices
- Assist with ad-hoc copywriting
- Sit in on calls with clients to understand their brand in order to accurately reflect it in the content we create.
- Be able to work with clients from all industries and understand their target audience.
- Mentor junior writers

**Expected qualifications**:

- Preferably a degree in English, Journalism, or Marketing
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English
- Proven 3 years of work experience as a content manager, editor, or copywriter
- Basic technical knowledge of publishing blogs and HTML
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
