We are excited to recruit for an Assistant Content Writer to form part of our Content Experience team.

This role will also require the following:
**Assessment Platform Content & Asset Management**
- Assist with the development and management of technical content that supports the product experience, in the format educational articles for the Thomas Knowledge Base.
- Assist with the writing process for our assessment platform content. You will work with domain experts to ensure the psychological accuracy of the content.
- Manage an asset register of assessment-powered content and prioritise updates and enhancements based on user feedback and user impact.
- Assist with analysing customer satisfaction feedback and reposition content to increase the customer experience of our assessment content.
- Assist with writing new outcome-content for Perform and content for new features built.
- Assist with research of current content trends on the various assessment platforms.

**Content Management**
- Assist and support the development of a content management process that is ready to support translation/localisation.
- Assist with the maintenance of assessment content in multiple languages.
- Manage and maintain our existing library of platform, profile, and knowledge base content assets.
- Assist with creating content processes to act on content satisfaction feedback.
- Support the continued migration of content to our CMS, Drupal and alignment with content logic ontologies.
- Support content research with users and prospective users to inform writing guidelines.

**Learning Content**

Assist with the development of insightful and accessible educational content for our customers and partners. This will involve the translation of technical concepts, product features and services into formats that support a low-touch customer experience on our assessment platforms i.e., Hub & Perform. Specifically, you will:

- Partner with our Training experts to identify opportunities to introduce new-platform terminology into our materials and to align the focus of accreditation programmes with customer journeys, wherever possible.
- Manage an asset register of content resources and prioritise updates and enhancements based on user feedback and user impact.

**Requirements**:

- Honours Degree in Psychology or related social science or equivalent
- Registered Psychometrist / Psychologist

**Skills**
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and project planning skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detail oriented self-starter.

**Location**

The location for this role is in South Africa, although this role can be delivered completely remotely. We will require the successful applicant to work SA business hours, but at times may need to be flexible to accommodate UK business hours. We are flexible with remote working as per our hybrid working principles (please see below).
