**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include ensuring that leads (and Sales) targets are met, through growth in media and campaign channels, as well as optimisation of the channels to stay within budget and reach the company growth and retention objectives.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the online lead and sale generation industry, the initiative to chase growth targets and ability to execute at a fast pace.

**KEY OUTCOMES**

**Paid Media Campaign Management**:
Along with the Head of Marketing: manage various Google Paid campaigns, Google SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and strategic partner campaigns. You will be required to work with different agencies and teams to grow and monitor these channels to budget.
- Strategic management and alignment to grow the channels
- Identification of target audiences and assisting with planning of campaigns
- Initiate retargeting campaigns into the various platforms using performance and other data.
- Identifying & executing on areas of improvement throughout the marketing funnel.
- Brief in landing pages, Videos, banners and other collateral as needed
- Management of affiliate & partner channels: contract negotiations and renewals
- Sign IO’s, Manage Onboarding and payment of various partners
- Find and test new platforms, partners, affiliates and campaigns

**Collateral Creation and Execution**:

- Identify the need for (and brief) new collateral including Video, Landing pages, Banners and other tactics to scale digital marketing.
- Work with the internal content teams & external suppliers to create meaningful content that educates or entertains, in achieving top or bottom of the funnel objectives.
- Deploy the creative, measure and improve creative continuously to grow the brand and lead objectives.

**Analysis, optimisation and improvement**:
Daily monitoring of campaign statistics across various platforms including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, as well as internal analytics dashboards.

Pull reporting and or build reports as necessary to show Campaign and Channel performance. Measure performance against acquisition and retention metrics. Report this back to stakeholders with recommendations for improvements or growth.

Report and measure against a monthly campaign budget, or other unit economics.

**Qualifications**:
**WORK EXPERIENCE**

**REQUIRED**
- 5+ years within digital marketing environments including campaign management, digital agency, media buying or affiliate marketing.
- Ability to use reporting to glean insights that lead to actionable improvements across marketing channels.
- Detail-oriented, ability to work cross-functionally and interest in understanding the business is a must.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritise work, and manage time efficiently.

**EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY** **REQUIRED**

Relevant qualifications in marketing or advertising.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE**

**REQUIRED**
- Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint and Word

**PREFERRED**
- Marketing software, ideally marketing automation platforms.
