**Job Description**:
The Campaign and Traffic Coordinator is detailed, and deadline orientated and responsible for the coordination and management of all content required for both Serveco and Kaelo. You will be required to work across companies, departments and service providers to direct and monitor all tasks and ensure that they flow through in a timely manner.

**KEY OUTCOMES**

**Content Management**:
Develop workflow structures and improve processes to increase efficiency.

Manage, delegate and track progress to ensure that tasks are accomplished on time.

Provide adequate guidance to help the team to succeed and deliver results.

Conduct status meetings to prioritise and track deliverables.

Handle interdepartmental communications.

Communicating potential problems or delays and recommend solutions.

Inform teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.

Create schedules for timely delivery and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.

Prepare accurate progress reports.

Manage the saving and sharing of content and filing systems.

**Quality Assurance**: Assist with the quality assurance of all work created, ensuring it is in line with guidelines and compliance requirements to ensure that we produce high-quality and error-free collateral.

**Governance**: Participate in necessary forums and ensure that requests by business are managed, in line with strategic objectives and prioritized accordingly

**Qualifications**:
**WORK EXPERIENCE**

**REQUIRED**

5+ years within a marketing environment. The ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment.

- Project management

**EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY** **REQUIRED**

Relevant qualification in marketing and/or related field
