**Job Description**:
**12 month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover**

As the Programme Change Manager, you will manage projects, programme business transition and make sure the initiatives are successfully launched on an ongoing basis. With rapid iteration of product, process, and toolset, ensure teams are fully engaged with change
- Link people and teams to ensure business readiness and that value is realized when projects and initiatives are delivered.
- Focus on the gap between items delivered and the readiness of commercial teams to use/optimise. Areas of note - Product, 3rd party functionality, Player Protection and Content.
- Manage communication of status, progress is well understood by all relevant levels of the business - from concept to impact once delivered.
- Support in the selection and use key KPI’s to convey priority, status and progress. Use to facilitate engagement and communications between teams. Role model this approach and behaviour to drive good decision-making on a day-to-day level.
- Continuous improvement established as a principle behind change overall - drive team, particularly operational teams to create initiatives on this basis on an ongoing basis.
- Potentially manage a small team to ensure full coverage across the broad remit of this role - clear priorities, proactive and excellent communication to drive progress day to day.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to organise, plan and present the delivery of change across teams
- Ability to optimise the delivery and business readiness of change features and projects - ongoing plan to support this; embedded as BAU activity
- Ability to influence stakeholders to support readiness; ongoing commitment to receive and optimise changes and improvements
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and schedules effectively to meet deadlines and targets
- Digital ecommerce and process - experience of best practice and enacting/delivering change
- Experience working within the online gaming/betting industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Project Management and business documentation skills.
- Experience using project and documentation software (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, MS Project)
- Clear, concise documentation skills can distil information using a combination of text and relevant graphical tools (Project tools, MS Visio, MS Office package)
