To effectively and efficiently handle all claims and claims queries that come through for processing. Providing a first class service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- To assess each claim on the insurance administration system and identify the type of claim
- Assess the validity of the claim and documentation
- Notify/Communicate to the insurers and brokers possible Invalid claims
- Assure capturing of claims are done accurately and correctly
- Assure all criteria is met to pay the claim
- Assure the quality of feedback (written and verbal) to brokers and clients
- Attend to both inbound & outbound call queries.
- To ensure claims workflow and procedures are adhered to.
- Asses claims for possible fraud risks
- Attend identified training sessions as and when arranged.
- Establish and complete claim financials.
