Industrial Relations Specialist

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Duties**:
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
- Ensuring that labor rules and regulations are followed.
- Handling all employee complaints, disagreements, and grievances.
- Conducting inquiries regarding employee misbehavior or policy breaches.
- assisting management and labor unions in their discussions.
- Giving management guidance and help on labor relations problems.
- Creating and executing industrial relations policies and procedures.
- Providing management with advice on personnel planning and productivity challenges.
- Analyzing and interpreting labor laws and regulations.
- Creating and presenting management reports and recommendations.
