**Reports to**:
Head of Brand

The Brand Manager will work closely with the brand team and our studio teams to manage brand projects and campaigns.

**Key responsibilities / accountabilities**:

- Engaging with key cross-functional internal teams, stakeholders and third-party agencies to complete briefs and project manage campaigns from start to finish to ensure expectations are managed across the board and deadlines are met.
- Take ownership of brand project management briefing processes.
- Task and manage marketing channel managers to support and execute brand marketing
- campaigns.
- Create excitement around the brand and help come up with ideas to further build brand equity and development.
- Input ideas for new and existing brand campaigns and take ownership of their development and implementation.
- Daily management of brand campaign documents like marketing calendars, campaign & project control documents, battleplans, briefs and campaign decks.
- Assist with brand reputation management by creating communication briefing documents and assisting with internal research and investigations.
- Assist with monthly brand marketing administration.
- Corporate Partnership Management: Seek out and leverage effective and innovative partnerships that enable Superbalist to drive new customer acquisition and support brand campaigns. Maintain existing and develop new relationships. Deliver monthly reports and recommendations to optimise campaigns.
- Influencer Marketing: work closely with the social media team to support the brand's always-on and campaign-led influencer strategy including the selection of relevant influencers, brief development and approval of supplied content.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- The person will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a brand role or a similar role.
- A passion for retail and marketing is essential.
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- A proven track record of running successful running projects.
- Experience working with project plans and project management tools.
- A high level of attention to detail and great organisational abilities are a prerequisite to succeeding in this role.

**Skills, knowledge and abilities**:

- Strong analytical abilities and a good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a well-structured thought process.
- Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and experience of marshalling cross-departmental resources towards daily goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Excel experience essential.
