**The Role: Content Manager**

As Content Manager, you will be in charge of developing, maintaining and improving the content strategy for the womenswear and beauty customer across all platforms. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring that each piece of content resonates with the right customer on the right platform and drives the desired behaviour.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and schedule the content plan ensuring activity is coordinated with other teams and delivers on retail and marketing priorities as well as key KPIs.
- Play an integral part in setting the strategic foundations that forms the creative brief in collaboration with the Brand Manager, Buying Manager and Trend Analyst.
- Lead the concept / content creation process, driving the commercial objectives and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Approve onsite copy and other creative assets pertaining to the womenswear and beauty customer.
- Lead the development of new insight-led content types that resonates with our millennial customer.
- Scrutinize the performance of campaigns and share findings with the broader team.
- Make use of AB Testing to experiment with new content types and creative treatments.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practise and share insights with the team.
- Ensure that all content is published on time, on brief and under budget.
- Manage 1 direct report.
- Implementing reactive content changes based on trade.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working on a major consumer-facing website.
- Experience developing engaging and innovative content and /or social campaigns.
- Experience managing, developing and scheduling content plans.
- Proven ability to evaluate campaigns and report on findings.
- Two or more years experience in managing a team of 3+.
- Experience of motivating and inspiring direct reports.
- A love of the fashion industry and millennial culture.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and across multiple different channels at any one time.
- Exceptional organisational, administrative and communication skills, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines.
