- Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
- Paint and touch up walls, ceilings, and trim work.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment.
- Present oneself professionally and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Be adaptable and open to new ideas and changes in direction.
- Enjoy interacting and working with people.
