I am recruiting for an **Office Manager/Executive Assistant**. The company is a leader in the maritime industry and specializes in advanced marine HVAC systems.

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, writing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and managing calendars
- Prepare and manage expense reports and financial records related to office operations
- Arrange travel, meetings, and appointments for the management team
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Organize logistics for various events inlcuding venue, setup, and catering
- Assist with research and report preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
