**Position Overview**:
As an HR Generalist at Feathercom, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and driving our HR initiatives. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll & benefits administration, health and safety, and HR compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with branch managers to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist with monthly payroll administration and reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local employment, health and safety laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
