Some of the duties entail:

- Management of the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems
- Service provider negotiations
- Overall maintenance of the grounds, public space, gardens, F&B outlets etc
- Performing monthly property inspections
- Procurement of new equipment, supplies and furnishings

Non-Negotiables:

- Degree in Facilities Management
- PSIRA Registered - Grade A
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance
- Knowledge of risk management, occupational health & safety
- Crisis management
- Computer literate
- Drivers licence
