We are looking for Hotel Reservationist Agent to provide a stellar customer experience. You will develop valuable business skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how inside the tourism industry.

**Your mission**

Your mission is to create enthusiasm for our clients. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.

**What you will be doing**
- Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of rooms
- Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests
- Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client

**What we are looking for**

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service - a track record as a Tourism Representative is a plus
- Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
- Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
- Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
