**MASA Outsourcing, a leading Temporary Employment Services agency for over 40 years, is seeking to employ a Payroll Administrator to join their Durban Head Office based in Riverhorse Valley.**

**We are looking for someone with a passion for payroll, willingness to learn more about the TES industry, and at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.**

**Job duties**:
***
- **Ensure new and existing client sites are managed in accordance with standard operations procedures and SLA requirements.**
***:

- **Ensure that timesheets processed are received by deadline.**
***:

- **Capturing deductions.**
***:

- **Ensure accuracy of payroll records and any reports generated.**
***:

- **Ensure that benefits are processed.**
***:

- **Compile ad hoc, weekly and / or monthly reports for distribution to relevant management.**
***:

- **Send any information needed by clients to effect payments.**
***:

- **Handle confirmations of employment.**
***:

- **Ensure all documentation regarding area of responsibility is filed correctly and timeously.**
***:

- **Complete U19 forms as required.**
***

**Requirements**:
***
- **3 to 5 years’ experience working with timesheets within the TES/Labour Broking Industry with responsibility for dealing with large workforces.**
***:

- **Attention to detail.**
***:

- **Experience with both manual timesheets and biometric time and attendance systems and the extraction of hours into excel.**
***:

- **Advanced excel for compilation of reports.**
***:

- **Excellent knowledge of BCEA and Bargaining Councils.**
***:

- **Highly numerate.**
***:

- **Strong communication skills.**
***
