**Our client is looking for an HR Generalist Administrator to join their team on a plant in Hammersdale.**
**As a Generalist HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for the management and administration functions for the branch. Will primarily be responsible for the design,**
**implementation and continuous reassessment of the HR strategy and plans as well as to ensure full compliance with all relevant labour legislation.**
**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources or Business**
***:
- **5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or Practitioner**
***:
- ** Production or Manufacturing industry experience - advantageous**
***:
- **Understanding of employee relations, payroll management, employee benefits and reward management**
***
***
**Key Responsibilities: (Not limited to)**
**Effectively implement all HR initiatives through ongoing partnering with business and advise both line management on all HR-related processes and procedures.**

- **Responsible for the personnel admin management and employee lifecycle management transactions - including the management of payroll through a third-party vendor**
***:
- **Assist line management with the recruitment, selection, and vetting of new and existing staff in alignment with recruitment and Employment Equity (EE) policies.**
***:
- **Conduct induction programmes and engage with line management on an onboarding programme for all new staff.**
***:
- **Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports**
***:
- **Engage with line management and facilitate employee skills assessments and develop individual employee training plans, facilitate talent management discussions and co-create a talent pipeline through acquisition and succession planning**

- **Support and advise line management in their execution of disciplinary and grievance procedures**

- **Assist management with the execution of employment equity, diversity & inclusion, BBBEE, and organisational development initiatives**
