**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with the Treasury Director, maintaining transactional banking relationships
- Ensuring Countries have sufficient liquidity such as access to debt facilities + cash
- Optimisation of regional transactional banking arrangements (treasury and operating payments; payments and receipts)
- Implementation and maintenance of optimal liquidity management solutions
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of daily direct cash flow forecasting process
- Enhancing cash management process and procedures
- Management of Business Unit’s daily cash positions: Drawdown / repayment of debt; Management of surplus liquidity in all currencies in a manner that maximises returns and complies with treasury policy requirements on counterparty limits and approved instruments
- Management of the opening/closing of bank accounts
- Management of treasury related settlements
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, procedures, Service Level Agreements
- Project: [Implementing RFP] -coordinate and manage the transition of cash management relationship from incumbent banks to newly appointed banks across the Africa Zone. Build a risk weighted approach on implementing transition to limit impact to operations

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant (preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
