**Role Summary**:
The Senior Internal Recruiter will lead and manage the recruitment process for both corporate and field positions within Cash Crusaders. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and securing high-quality talent that aligns with the company’s culture and values, contributing to our commitment to people’s growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with Cash Crusaders’ values and business goals.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- **Employer Branding**: Work with the marketing team to promote Cash Crusaders as an employer of choice.
- **Data and Reporting**: Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide regular reports.
- **Onboarding Support**: Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Basic understanding of recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Awareness of current recruitment trends and best practices.
