- As a Senior Housing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting Operations in the administration of the entering into and vacating of accommodation units in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures an efficient Customer Relations and property administration function.

**Job Description
- Your responsibilities will include**:
**Effective control of the operational needs of Housing Administration**
- Adherence to policies and Procedure
- Inspections of units and complexes occasionally
- Correct allocation and control of units
- Handover procedures and documentation
- Proper key control
- Ensure Lease agreement is signed by occupant
- Occupant has knowledge of Housing / Body Corporate rules
- Effective communication
- Idea generation
- Compliance to policies and procedures
- Legalities are in place and meet requirements
- Improvement Projects
- Communications strategy and structures
- Establish and effective manage the customer relations

**Effective utilisation of necessary systems**
- Reports completed to required standard
- Effective, accurate and timely output of filin
- Systems are well maintained
- Housekeeping standards
- Suggest ways to Improve systems

**Effective maintenance of the Housing database**
- Ensure Timely and accurate data capturing
- Maintain accurate information
- Update stock register

**Effective service the accommodation needs of Operations**
- Tenants’ preference is recorded
- Establish clear communication lines with Operations and tenants
- Customer satisfaction

**Effective control of the security of Housing Stock**
- Effective accurate and timely output of reports
- Proper key control
- Administer and audit invoices

**Good stakeholder relations**
- Idea generation for improvements from team
- Employee training and development needs are addressed
- Effective communication
- Timely reporting
- Staff discipline

This role is in the at a D1 level reporting to the Housing Manager.

**Qualifications
- You must have**:

- Grade 12 Qualification or an appropriate qualification

**To be successful, you will have the following experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a residential Housing management role

**Knowledge and skills**
- Computer literate, with specific reference to MS Office Suite
- SAP HR experience will be advantageous
- Drivers Licence advantageous
