Process Support Administrator

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a _Young _Qualified (BComm/Business Management) individual - who has had some previous experience in **_Process Mapping_** and **_Procedure Development_** - to take on **12-month Fixed Term Contract** in the role of **PROCESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR** - to assist the reviewing & documenting internal company processes and the implementation of New ERP Software as they cross over from JDE to **_SAP Business By Design_**.
**SUMMARY OF ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure that internal processes are documented, in line with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Group guidelines
- Review Company Processes - and Define & map the internal processes in conjunction with the relevant Heads of Department - ensuring that they form part of a Company procedure adequately approved
- Ensure that internal Company processes are optimised to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work in conjunction with Internal Control and Compliance to ensure that sufficient controls and segregation of duties are applied to each internal Company process
- Ensure standardisation of the Company internal processes across the Southern African region
- Perform or assist in performing training on the Company internal processes
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCE**:
- **Must be Qualified**: BComm, Business Management Certificate (NQF6), Diploma or Degree
- **Must have Experience**: process mapping and procedure development
- **Must Be**: Computer literate (Google Sheet/MS Excel, Google Docs/MS Word, LucidChart/Visio) with speed and accuracy
- **Must be**: Competent with ERP software (Ideally SAP Business ByDesign)
- **Must be**: Able to commit to the full 12-month Contract Period
