**Principle professional officer (ppo)**: monitoring and evaluation
Tcoe salary commencing from R1 114 096 to R1 440 533 per annum - ref no: CS 04/23 - Civic Centre, Cape Town

**Requirements**:
Relevant B degree or equivalent
A valid driver’s licence.

**Key performance areas**:
Support, manage and coordinate the development and rollout of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, procedures, plans and tools to guide quality monitoring and evaluation in the projects, supply chain and contract performance for the Directorate's portfolio
Prepare and submit monitoring and evaluation reports and correspondence of a complex and involved nature to facilitate the functioning of the branch as per City and Directorate requirements
Manage, direct and control the outcomes associated with the utilisation, productivity and performance of personnel and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Implement monitoring and evaluation initiatives to proactively review and report on critical KPIs and substantive activities and measurements that impacts and influence KPIs the branch is responsible for reporting on
Manage, coordinate and implement monitoring and evaluation communication strategies with fellow professionals and stakeholders (internal and external) to gain understanding, share information and determine approaches on matters of common interest and concern
Manage and coordinate all administration by drawing up correspondence of a more complex and involved nature to facilitate the improved functioning of the Directorate performance within the monitoring and evaluation frameworks, guidelines, procedures, policies and criteria.
