- Designing, configuring and maintaining virtual machines in development and production environments.
- Managing and troubleshooting Linux and Windows-based systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Setting up and maintaining networking components such as firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
- Implementing and managing containerisation and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Developing and maintaining Bash scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.
- Using programming languages for scripting, automation, and integration with various APIs and services.
- Configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Experience with log parsing, database maintenance, data manipulation, and data visualisation.

**Requirements**:

- Certifications in relevant areas such as Cloud, Linux, Networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in Database Administration.
- Skilled in Data Manipulation and Visualisation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python and Go.
- Extensive knowledge of virtualisation technologies and hands-on experience with virtual machine management.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and adept at troubleshooting.
- Solid grasp of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python, with a focus on automation and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of building automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
