Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Team Lead: App Store Optimization** in **Cape Town** will include:

- Effectively communicate the strategies, goals, and progress to team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
- Help the team navigate challenges, make informed decisions and adapt strategies based on the data and insights by encouraging a solutions-oriented mindset within the team
- Provide ongoing coaching and skill development opportunities for team members
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing app store algorithms, industry trends, and user behaviours
- Work with internal stakeholders and lead processes end-to-end
- Develop and lead the overall App Store Optimization strategy
- Plan, execute, and oversee App Store Optimization campaigns across various app stores to drive organic user acquisition and improve app ranking
- Monitor and analyse competitor App Store Optimization strategies
- Design and implement A/B tests for app store assets, including icons, screenshots, and feature graphics, to analyze their impact on conversion rates and user engagement.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases that resonate with target audiences, ensuring optimal app discoverability and visibility

Requirements for this **Team Lead: App Store Optimization job** in **Cape Town**:

- 2+ years of experience in relevant marketing field
- Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts like to Keyword Research,
- Metadata Optimization, Asset Management, Data Analysis, A/B Testing,
- Competitor Analysis, Conversion Rate Optimization etc.
- Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Combiined F and Organizational Culture
- Proficiency in generating regular reports, analyzing KPIs, and presenting insights to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- 2+ years of experience in the SGHC Group
- iGaming/Financial Industry Experience
- Proficient understanding of ASO best practices
