The Distributor Sales Professional plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned products to Business Partners, who sell Siemens Healthineers products to their own customer base, to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.

The Distributor Sales Professional (DSP) "owns" the Business Partner (BP) and is responsible to oversee all interactions between the Business Partner and Siemens Healthcare.

**Partner Management Support**:

- Assist Business Partner Management with the regional support and implementation of the Partner Management Process
- Act as the primary contact to partner managers for contract support and monitoring, overall “owns” the documentation.
- Contract document management, inclusive of archiving, electronic and hardcopy storage as well as distribution.
- Create partner management dashboard, review, and update monthly basis
- Partner performance monitoring: Partner Target Agreement and Scorecard management
- Assist Partner Manager with administrative function as needed
- To collect information about market size, competition, market requirements & trends

**Invivo & InVitro Partner Management Support**
- Sales performance monitoring: report management, distribution
- Co-ordinate collection and distribution of sales meetings material for team events (agenda, documentation, PPT)
- Monitor implementation of CRM survey action items
- Follow up and manage customers complaints and prevent/minimize escalations.
- Manage reference site program to collect information about market size, competition, market requirements & trends

**Functions and Methods**
- Support of “back office” processes related to accounts
- Delivery of accurate and on time reports
- Ensure that all documents (target agreements, business partner tool, trading contracts etc) are in place
- Ensure documentation deadlines are agreed and are renewed in time.
- Co-ordinate ordering and distribution of marketing material
- Support of debtor’s documentation requests for the sales force
- Assist in preparation, submission and follow-up on tenders and quotations when needed
- To monitor SHARE (CRM tool) data on a weekly basis, to ensure accuracy of data entry
- SHARE Base data monitoring: accounts aligned to SAP, install base aligned to IVK
- SHARE Market monitoring: med pages (accounts, contacts), radboard (oppty's)
- SHARE market analysis: SOW, retention, classification, segmentation, coverage adequacy
- SHARE data management, follow up of statistical anomalies when identified in reports, close alignment to SBA
- ** Technology and Market**:

- Work on CRM Systems

**Compliance**
- Capture values in the PTA tool
- Generate the PTA document in PRM and have each customer sign it off to indicate that they are aware of and agree to the targets

**Qualification**
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or studying towards a similar qualification would be an advantage

**Years of Experience**
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in a sale’s professional role within a similar environment

**Skills**
- Good communication and coordinating skills.
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Radiology/cardiology business
- Networking skills
- General IT skills, word / Excel / outlook
- Self-Motivation
- Experience in logistics & contract management
- Deliver under pressure

**Additional Requirements**:

- Daily involvement with external Sales Partners and support with all their requests
- Plans sales volumes and potentials of external Sales Partners
- Provides Marketing and Leads support for external Sales Partn
