**Crave a dynamic marketing role where data fuels strategic decisions?** Join a fast-paced agency seeking a young & motivated Customer Marketing Analyst to craft targeted customer journeys across channels. Analyze data (Python, R), present findings, set up campaigns & develop machine learning models (bonus). You must be proficient in SQL and Excel as well as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel for data visualisations. Bring your 3+ years’ experience in analytics, degree and experience with customer targeting, selections, campaign setup and measurements and be part of a team shaping global marketing strategies

**Salary: R500 000 - R600 000 per annum**

**Responsibilities**:

This is far from a "one-trick pony" position One day you'll identify customer segments and tailor product recommendations, the next you'll be setting up campaigns, and then analysing results to refine them for maximum impact.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ Years of Experience**: We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in analytics.
- **Qualification**: A degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, or a similar field is mandatory. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- **Marketing Know-How**:

- **CRM Analytics**: Experience with customer targeting, selection, campaign setup, and measurement are essential.
- **Client Communication**: You'll have the confidence to work directly with and present to clients at all levels.
- **Team Player**: Collaboration across a diverse team is key to our success.
- **Problem-solving Prowess**: Approach challenges with an innovative mindset and a commitment to finding solutions.
- **Accuracy Matters**: This role demands high levels of attention to detail and meticulousness.
- **Adaptability is Key**: Thrive in a dynamic environment where you'll seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and operational tasks.
- **Data Powerhouse**: Analyse data using Python or R, while remaining proficient in SQL and Excel.
- **Data Visualization Skills**: You can effectively communicate insights using data visualisation tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.
- **Advanced Analytics**: While not essential, prior experience with data cleansing, data validation, and developing machine learning models for large datasets is a major advantage.
- **Bonus Points**: Experience with customer communication tools like Braze, mParticle, and Amplitude is a plus.
