**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at LLAR Real Estate in Polokwane. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Advertising, contract generation from templates, liaising with clients, compiling property files, assisting agents with all admin and document related work. Incentive paid on top of basic salary.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, pdf)
- Proficiency in Internet related platforms and social media will be an advantage
- Accounting knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Trustworthy, reliable, self-motivated and positive and driven
- Ability to work alone, without supervision

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
