**Job Description: Personal Assistant**
**Definition**
To provide executive and secretarial support to Management.
**Education and Qualification Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
1. Grade 12 plus Secretarial Diploma / qualification
2. 5 - 10 years relevant Personal Assistance / Secretarial and Administration experience
3. Strong private sector at personal management level experience
4. Exceptionally high level of Computer Literacy required (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
5. Must have a good understanding of Management’s statutory responsibilities and be able to support in all required roles
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Presentable - neat and professional in appearance
8. Valid drivers’ licence

**Key Duties / Responsibilities**:
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients telephonically, managing and screening Management’s telephone calls.
- Taking and distributing of messages.
- Welcoming clients / visitors and communicating their appointments with Management.
- Document control and systems assurance - recording all information and keeping confidential records in a user friendly accessible format.
- Taking, typing and distributing of meeting minutes.
- Typing letters, reports and general correspondence.
- Providing general secretarial / office administration support to management.
- All general office administration duties including preparing meeting documents / presentations.
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Polokwane, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Personal Assistance: 5 years (required)
