**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Driver**:
Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.

Load, unload, and secure items in the delivery vehicle to ensure their safe transport.

Verify the accuracy of delivery orders against invoices or shipping documents before departure.

Maintain delivery logs, records, and other necessary documentation.

Communicate effectively with the Greenbean team to relay delivery status or address any concerns.

**Warehouse Assistant**:
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of goods.

Assist in unpacking, organizing, and storing incoming inventory in designated areas.

Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before storage or distribution.

Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to orders and shipping guidelines.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Operate pallet stackers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist with various warehouse tasks such as restocking shelves, rearranging storage areas, and fulfilling special requests.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.

Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.

Basic computer skills for order tracking and communication purposes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Working Conditions**:This position involves a combination of delivery driving and warehouse work. The employee will be exposed to varying weather conditions during deliveries and may need to lift, carry, and move heavy objects in the warehouse. Safety protocols and proper equipment will be provided to ensure a secure working environment.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Killarney Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
