- Senior Certificate (essential)

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level or higher - Excel important
- Remedy & Team Support experience
- Polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
